Dr de Looze is a qualified Medical Specialist and also a Dental Specialist. You will therefore be able to claim under the Medicare and Ancillary Programs for Health Funds.
After your assessment, we will be happy to provide you with a quote and item numbers that you can approach your health fund with to determine your rebate entitlements.
We offer both Medicare and HICAPS facilities for easy rebates at the time of service.
